Something older than 0.9.3b (which is now 7 years old.) You would be best to use 0.9.10 (the current version) as it has many bug fixes compared to the older versions.

thank you for replying but I am using windows and I really need to export to eagle is it possible on the old version?

I don’t know (it isn’t on any version back to 0.9.3b as far as I know) but I doubt it. Eagle2Fritzing will go from Eagle to Fritzing but I don’t know of anything that goes the other way. A google search may turn something up.
