For future reference supplying the Sparkfun web site for the part is the appropriate thing to do to get a part. That said this part should do what you want. Note the mounting holes are not drilled in pcb by default (they are only on silkscreen) if you want the mounting holes drag the hole part from core parts pcb hole in to your sketch, place it over the hole in silkscreen and set the size appropriately. As well the QWIIC connectors don’t show in pcb view as you can’t connect to them from the pcb.
