Is there a Fritzing part for an Adafruit 367 push button switch? I have not been able to find one including a search within the Adafruit Fritzing Part Library.

From the data sheet this sparkfun switch in core parts should be the correct pcb footprint:
you may need to check the hole size for the pins though (the easiest way to do that is to export the pcb as a gerber and look at the hole size in the gerber drill.txt file. )
