Yes. A google search for “fritzng part USB to 5V regulator” (which is in general the best way to find Fritzing parts) turns up:

The only stupid question is the one you don’t ask … If you don’t know the only way to find out is to ask. The image isn’t here. You can’t (I don’t think!) drag and drop images, you need to use the upload icon (7th from the left in the reply menu) to upload the image file. That said I can probably answer anyway.
