This part should do what you want. Note the mounting hole is not drilled by default, so if you want the mounting hole you need to drag a hole (and size it correctly!) in to your sketch. Checking the pin placement would be a good bet too, I assume their copper side view comment is correct and reversed the part (as Fritzing is looking from the top) but that may not be correct.
