What is the format used to upload parts? If I download a part from a third party ( for instance Digikey’s Ultra librarian) , what is the file format I need to download from there to be able to upload the part into Fritzing? Or can I? Thanks for any replies. C
If they have them, .fzpz files are what you are looking for. I think it is unlikely that that they have them though as Fritzing parts are reasonably difficult to make. When looking for Fritzing parts a google search on the lines of “fritzing part part-number” (where part-number is what you are looking for) is usually the best bet. There are a lot of parts around the net (of variable quality) that people have made but not submitted to the core parts repository.
