Is it possible to edit a logo already on pcb?
Can you upload the sketch (the .fzz file, upload is sventh icon from the left in the reply menu) that you want to change so we can see the parts? The answer one way or another should be yes, but seeing the sketch will make an answer easier.

Here it is, I want to move the logo under the capacitor and edit its value. I developed mainly on the PCB page, so the breadboard and schematic are not updated.
Now i have another problem I can’t seem to be able to select the traces on the copper top layer, that maybe related to edit the logo?

For me on Fritzing 1.0.1 on Windows all appears well.
just clicking on the logo lets me edit and move it.
check the icon at the bottom (circled in green here) is set to both not bottom layer though. If it is set to bottom you won’t be able to select items on the top layer which would include the logo. Clicking on the icon cycles through the choices.
