Easiest way for LED matrix PCB

Hi,

For a Wordclock I want make a PCB for a 110 (or 114 with minutes) WS2812B LED matrix. Is there an easier way than putting all the single LEDs on the breadbord and connecting them which is quite time consuming.

Insufficient information to say anything useful. A good place to start would be to upload a sketch (upload is the 7th icon from the left in the reply menu, the sketch is the .fzz file) That would give us an idea of what you are trying to do and possibly allow suggestions on how to do it.
