There is a slight ‘jog’ in the middle and following traces. That implies that the connectors are not quite on the (I assume) .1 inch spacing in PCB view.
Indeed as @microMerlin points out the first pad is slightly misaligned for 0.1 spacing, connector0pin is 0.132in in X:
but the other pins are all 0.x31in
which produces a slight offset in the pads.

Spoke too soon, pcb is still incorrect.
possibly because dimensions are in mm, changing to in is a better bet as it makes the dimensions easier to read (as they should go up in exactly 0.1in increments instead of 2.54mm increments.)
