Steps I took that resulted in the problem:
start DRC on a PCB (format is near DIN A4). It runs about 5 minutes. Tested an 2 different computers. Using 1.0.6, the DRC needs about 40 secounds.
The same on a smaller, less complex PCB, the DRC takes about 2 times longer.
My version of Fritzing and my operating system:
primary solus os, ubuntu 24.04.5 lts for testing. Both with the appimage version
It seems that the problem happens only with the 1.0.7 Appimage. I tested a native installed 1.0.7 on a testing machine with solus OS.
The performance is ok. Then I installed 1.0.7 on my daily driver, where I use the Appimage.
What should I say, the performance is as good as it should be.
So, it would be nice that someone checks the current downloadable Appimage…

btw. the recentlist works perfect, over the installed version and the appimage. That was a problem until 1.0.7.
