Peter, here are my measurements:
the board is 28.2 x 51.8 mm
the holesize is 2.8mm, the padding to the boarder is 0.8 and 0.8 mm
the distance between top and bottom of the holes is 43.9
the pins on the top start at ca 6.7mm
the pins on the end start at ca 10.3mm
