When I duplicate or copy-paste any part of the design, Fritzing will helpfully re-number all labels that end in a digit. This is great if I just want to add another piece of design to an existing design, but it’s super-annoying when the label is actually a part name (like, say, PCA9685), or when I’m trying to panelize a PCB design, to get several copies manufactured in one order. I have to manually go over all the parts and correct the labels back to their original values.
Is there any way to disable this behavior or a workaround that would prevent Fritzing from doing that?
