Design of 18650 TC4056 1S battery charging circuit with integrated 2A booster circuit from 4V to 28V - Type-C port

  • Circuit used to charge Li-ion - Lithium batteries and Li-Po batteries 3.7v-4.2v
  • USB type C charging port (with additional wire soldering)
  • Charging current: maximum 1A
  • Discharge current: maximum 2A (stable at 1A, need to add heatsink on the back if running for a long time)
  • Input voltage: DC 4.2 → 6.5V
  • Output voltage: maximum 28.5V (with adjustable potentiometer)
  • Maximum current output reference corresponding to voltages 5V 1.4A, 9V 0.8A, 12V 0.6A
  • Quiescent current is about 0.5 mA
  • This circuit includes a 1s battery protection circuit (automatically shuts off when low voltage)
  • Size 1.9 * 2.4 (cm)

This part should do what you want. Note pcb is from a jpg image and is thus likely not correct. If you intend to use pcb view print the pcb footprint out at 1:1 scale and provide correct information for the pads and I can change the part to match.
