I thought I had already done this, but I can’t find it (I have some of these) so I made a part.

If you need split supplies for an opamp on the isolated side there are Fritzing parts for a bunch of the single supply to split supply dc dc converters available on Ebay posted to the forum a year or two ago (I can dig up the part names if needed and/or the fzpz files.) I think they will run down to 5V input (with low current ±12V, or ±15V output.)
