The Power Supply is S-350-60 Power Supply.

This is the part i’m trying to scale down

I have tried to scale down the part several times in the Inkscape, but when i upload it into Fritzing, it always says “We’re unable to upload the part”

Could someone help me scale down the part, or tell me what might be wrong when i’m trying to scale down the part?

This part should do what you want. It looks like this in Frizing

Your problem is that your fzp file is missing the breadboard layerId in the pcb definition. That will cause Fritzing to reject the part as it needs both an svg and a layerId to render.
