I was watching a Fritzing video and the individual stated I should select Copper fill for my PCB. Being new to PCB design, I have a couple of questions:
Must I choose one of the fill options?
If I must chose a fill option, should I choose Copper as indicated in the video?
You do not need to use copper fill, or a ground fill, if that situation is not pertaining to your needs. All this really depends on the situation, and desired final results. Sometimes a copper ground plane is the only easy way to go for grounding all your components. But, with that said, you are the designer now, you get to make this choice.
