A google search for “fritzing part coin counter” turns up a couple of parts but not this one. If you have a datasheet or website for the unit you want to use it may be easiest to make a part.
edit: If you can find the sketch file (the .fzz file) that the image came from the coin counter part will be in the temp parts bin of that .fzz file.
