Hello, can someone help me confirm whether the circuit is correctly built? Can someone help me with the breadboard? I am a bit confused whether I am doing it right.

By and large it looks fine. The w596 converter isn’t powering anything and the part has a number of errors (the ground terminals are likely connected together internally but the part isn’t configured for that and the input- is labeled input+ in breadboard.) I would move the wires like this:
to make the layout more clear, but your way will work fine as well.
