Is there a simple procedure, using InkScape to change the fill color of the plain vanilla PCB which resides in the Parts Bin to a new color? Once the PCB color has been changed, I plan to save it in the Parts Bin for PCB layouts in future Fritzing projects.

Once done, you load it by clicking the default pcb and click the Load button in the Inspector… locate the new pcb and your done (no need to fuss with parts bin as this is a clean way to do it)…
