Steps I took that resulted in the problem:
I was having trouible trying to import a component I found in the forums. Solutions seemed to include menu choices that I didn’t see. I thought that maybe I didn’t have the latest version. When my Fritz starts there is a 1.0.6 on the component in the splash screen. But if I checked updating, the app said I have the latest version. In spite of the app showing a list of versions topped by 1.0.8. I tried to install that but the installation stopped and rolled back.
When I looked at the version list again I could see that 1.0.8 needed Win 11. I have win10.
But 1-0-7 didn’t need more than Win 10 64 byte, which I have. Tried installing that.
It popped an error near the end and rolled back. I have a screen shot of the displayed error.
