Yep the part is fairly broken. I will post a fixed version in a while.

OK here is a fixed part. Feel free to feed it back to where ever you got the broken part, they are welcome to use it as I would rather have a working part out there. If they have questions about what I did they are free to ask here in the forum and I will answer. This part will load without you discarding the old part (because I changed moduleIds) but you should delete the old part to avoid confusion.

Have you maybe got snap to grid turned on, with a very large grid size? That would make it seem like you cannot move parts.
Indeed for me the original is broken and doesn’t move in schematic or pcb because the connectors are wrong, but the new part acts normally. The original part is misscaled and thus too small but moves normally in breadboard (snapping to the grid on the 0.1in grid lines.)
here I moved each on grid line either way
to check the grid size do this
clicking restore default will set the grid size to 0.1in (which it should be by default.) Both schematic and pcb are broken in the original part and thus won’t move.

oh yes this could be the problem. TQ becuase in new file i use only this part and normally can remove.
