Hello. I am very new and wonder if I can create Circuit using double sided PerfBoard PCB? I can’t find that option for the type of board. Please help newbie.

Not directly in pcb (although people do it as the parts in silkscreen are better placed.) It is supported in breadboard although not with wires on the bottom. You can set the size in Inspector and cut the strips in strip board by clicking between holes on the strip board types. Search in the forum for “top view parts” for parts meant for use on strip board where the breadboard view fits in the space the part takes up.
