a google search of the form “fritzing part Expansion Shield Board ESP32 Base Plate Devkit V1 DOIT 30 pin” turns up this post which may do what you want.

ESP32 I/O Shield

I isn’t clear to me that this is going to be useful for anything. It appears to be for a series of specific boards from a single supplier (DORHEA) which don’t appear to have Fritzing parts. As far as I can see something like the ESP32-C3-DevKitM-1 (which there is a Fritzing part for) would fit, but not work as the pin out seems to be different. This set of boards: B086MJGFVV B086MLNH7N B086MGH7JV ; B0B18JQF16 B0B18MCYFH B0B18NK2MS are listed as compatible with this board, but I don’t see Fritzi…

You need to look at the referenced board. It is for a cpu board that doesn’t have Fritzing parts and thus may not be exactly the same as the one you are looking for but if so it is relatively easy for me to modify (although I would need a web site that describes the board you want, pictures aren’t particularly useful!)
