Pherhaps there are a mistake in BQ24022 unproben part
In fritzing part pin 8 is PG an pin 9 is CE
In datasheet pin 8 is ts an ping 9 is CE
It’s a bug?
Yep appears to be wrong (I see the part is marked unproven as well.)
Sparkfun looks to no longer sell the chip alone only boards. You could check the Sparkfun Fritzing repo and see if they have a corrected part or edit the core part to fix it.
