I need this tiny but powerful transistor, it can handle 1.5 A
If you can add the hole for the screw, it will be a game changer by dissipation on board, but maybe is not for everyone, so I can put it manually
This part should do what you want. Note by default the hole is not drilled. If you want the hole, you need to drag the core parts->pcb->hole in to the sketch, place it over the hole in silkscreen then set the hole size appropriately (3.2mm.) The case is laid out so it is lying flat on the pcb. If you ignore the silks screen you can mount the transistor vertically in the holes.
