had allready someone design the Arduino Nano R4 as a Fritzing part?

It does not appear so. A google search of the form “fritzing part Arduino Nano R4” (which is the best way to find Fritzing parts) turns up Uno R4 parts but no Nano R4. A part will be up in a while.

These two parts should do what you want. For breadboard or header use use the tht part if you want to solder the part to a board use the smf part. In both cases the qwick connector doesn’t appear in pcb (because it can’t connect to the pcb) and the mounting holes are not drilled by default. If you want mounting holes you need to drag the core parts pcb hole part in to the sketch, place it over the hole in silkscreen and set the appropriate hole size in Inspector.
