Does anyone have a part Arduino MEGA 2560 With WiFi Built-in - ESP8266 ?

Welcome aboard! A google search for "“fritzing part fritzing part Arduino MEGA 2560 With WiFi Built-in - ESP8266” doesn’t turn up anything likely, but a google search for “Arduino MEGA 2560 With WiFi Built-in - ESP8266” doesn’t turn up much more. A web site with the actual board you want (and preferably with a mechanical drawing, or at least images of the board and a pinout drawing) would be needed to make a part.

edit: turns out there are three versions of this but all appear the same except for logos. Here is a part that should do what you want:
