Several capacitors have rubber band legs, and there is even a blue squarish capacitor with rubber-band legs. But, as far as I could tell, there were no of the typical circular ceramic disk capacitors that have rubber band legs. Did I miss it or does someone have an alternate part somewhere that does this?

Best is submit a pull request on githbub or post the part in parts submit and perhaps the parts maintainer may add it if it appears of enough interest.
