Not sure if this is what you want. If you like a vectorized version of the photo, you should use a different tool.
If you want the image (vectorized or not) in Fritzing, something like this might be what you want:
You can choose the fritzing icon from the Breadboard View Core parts:
Then select “load image” to load the image.
