Both are available in various forms in core parts.
For the diode you can change the part number by setting it in inspector (the lower right window.)

I have no idea what a axial flux rotational generator is, assuming it is an electrical part then you would need to provide a data sheet for the exact device you want which contains physical dimensions and the electrical connections and schematic diagram to make a part (fill in the template the comes up in this group, it tries (but usually fails) to get the required .information).)

if you type Diode into the search bar, quite a few components come up. Do you have the part number for the diode?
…or do you need it for a simulation?
What’s really important is the physical size of the component for making a PCB later. The electrical properties aren’t that critical for that.
