I can’t find this part (see photo) I wanted to know
if it exists and what term to search for.

It appears to be a 10 pin IDC ribbon connector. In Fritzing that will appear as a 10 pin double row header (headers are available in core parts.) Drag a generic connector in to the sketch
then change the number of pins to 5 and the sex to male from female to make the appropriate connector that the IDC socket will plug in to on the pcb.
You need to duplicate the connector and move it 0.1in down to make the second connector.
