I am on 26.2 as well and do see the Quit Fritzing option under Fritzing menu. What I noticed though was that if I hit the Red close button on the Main Fritzing window (the one that is on start up) but have a model open in another window the Quit Fritzing option disappears from the drop down menu (next to the Apple logo). By clicking on another application and then back on the Fritzing window the menu option appear to get refreshed and all is good again (quit option shows again).
