Does anyone have the pololu IR sensor part file?

I have seen some people have used this part before in their drawings, but I can’t find it online.
Looks like the ones you are seeing died when google code shut down. Luckily it is well documented and thus easy to make a new one for (although this is from the data sheet since I don’t have one).
