Steps I took that resulted in the problem:

Drag Arduino Mega 2560(Rev3) to the schematic view.
the digital Pin 2,3 is swapped.

What I expected should have happened instead:

re align digital ports.

My version of Fritzing and my operating system:

Well… there’s noting to update. i don’t know how to check version but it looks lastest version.

Although the order the pins in the schematic are not in order they do connect to the right pins in the other views so as long as you read the pin names everything will connect correctly.

Since I’m going to request some changes to other things in core, I can add this to the list easily enough …
