Google is your friend… Several versions of both the DS18B20 and NEO-6M GPS parts, at least, exist.

For the power supply and the battery, is functionality or appearance more important to you?
A power supply can also be replaced by a general voltage source — it doesn’t matter whether the voltage comes from a power supply or a battery. That’s something the user can decide for themselves.

I found the DS18B20 here — unless you’d like it in a different enclosure, in which case you can also use the LM35 for the sketch.

I took another look at your AI illustration — I’d leave out the power supply, i.e. the “Power System”, and simply connect to the circuit with 5V and 3.3V directly. There are also plenty of regulators available in Fritzing; if you type Regulator into the search, you’ll find lots of them.

Hello! I updated the spreadsheet with images.
For the Regulated DC Power Supply and the Rechargeable Backup Battery, I’m not sure which one is the correct component, so I included both for now.
Also, I don’t think I need the exact appearance of the components. I’m mainly concerned about their functionality and usability. As long as they work the same way in the project, I’m okay with using them even if they don’t look exactly the same.
As for the DS18B20, it seems that it’s not the component I’m looking for.

then you probably mean this component — functionally it’s the same. The downside, however, is that it doesn’t come in a weatherproof housing.
