A google search of the form “fritzing part Waveshare Core1262-xF” indicates there isn’t a part for this at present so I will make one when I get time.

These two parts should do what you want. For use on a breadboard or headers use the tht version to solder it to a board use the smd version. It would be a good bet to check the pin numbering against a real board. I think they are correct but the data sheet is unclear on the subject and safety would indicate making sure the markings on the bottom of the board match the pin names in Fritzing.
