Not sure where to report bugs in parts.
I was creating my first ever fritzing last night and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out why the polarities were reversed on my caps when looking at the schematic. The breadboard looked fine. Finally realised it isn’t something I’m doing wrong. At least, I don’t think I am. 
Thanks for pointing this out. This is a part from the Sparkfun library, which hasn’t been tested as closely as the core library. This will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime, please use the electrolytic capacitor from the core library:

The Sparkfun diode - D1 - diode-In4001 - isn’t great either.
The red dot contacts on the breadboard view has one on the end, and the other half way along, so it’s a bit hard to line up with the holes in the breadboard.
