Mounting hols not being drilled

I’m working with the included MX key switch and I’m placing them on a PCB in the editor and the 3 mounting holes aren’t being drilled they just show black dots, how do I fix this?

Drag a hole from core parts/pcb in to the sketch and set the size correctly. Place them over the holes in silkscreen.
