I want fritzing part for the below component,

It is similar to 4 channel level logic converter

This part should do what you want. Before ordering boards it would be a good bet to print the pcb footprint out at 1:1 scale and compare it to a real board. The spacings were made from a jpeg image which may not be accurate.
