Why do I have these horizontal lines on my PCB? I see them in Fritzing when making the PCB as well as on the etchable PDF file.
I expect best bet would be to upload the sketch so we can see this in Fritzing and determine a cause/solution.
The lines are caused from the way Fritzing scans the copper fill (one line at a time). The core people are working on a new algorithm for drawing the copper fill. It should not cause a problem under most circumstances. If you save it as a .svg, and un-group it… you can see that the copper fill is actually made up of several individual shapes.
Thank you. Another good feature would be to generate the negative. (White to black and black to white)
