Can anyone help me convert this picture to schematic.
Welcome aboard. You can do this for your self. If you have the .fzz file that produced the picture, schematic will be present and just needs parts placement and routing. If you only have the image, start Fritzing and wire breadboard to match the image (you may have to find a part for whatever the module on the right of the Uno is though.)
