DRC excluding area

I would like to check DRC on my board, excluding area, so I have 0 error, because I know some area are much more draft.

I don’t know of an exclude option in DRC, but you can change the rules to allow finer tolerances everywhere (which is sometimes needed for small SMD parts.) The default rules are fairly broad.

Yes,
I did DRC with standard tolerance first, and I excluded manually, then, reduced by 2 the tolerance, and then increase step by step until reaching clearance between pins
