Confusion over Software Pricing

No, both get you the same software with the same features (full). Do remember to pay with your Frizing account (be logged in while paying.)

After paying, you will receive a receipt from Fritzing.org (not from PayPal). There is a link inside and you will be able to download new releases of Fritzing, and the link is available for around 1 year (I think!) The current version is Fritzing 1.0.4

Notes:

  • For 32 bit systems, as well as for Windows 8.1 and before, Fritzing 0.9.10 is the latest version.
  • Fritzing does not yet work on Windows ARM
  • For macOS Catalina, Fritzing 1.0.1 is the latest version.
  • For macOS High Sierra, Fritzing 0.9.10 is the latest version.
  • For macOS Sierra and El Capitan, Fritzing 0.9.3 is the latest version.
  • The Fritzing AppImage should run on any system with glibc >= 2.31 (about 2020 and later)
  • On Ubuntu 22.04, the libfuse2 library needs to be installed to support AppImages: apt install libfuse2
  • Linux ARM based systems are not yet supported

Hope this helps!
