# Are top down viewed components available in Fritzing?

I got one of those part update notifications when you open FZ last week, so maybe something is happening.

Parts updates are occurring, but as far as I can see only for parts that are submitted as a pull request (which makes it easier for the maintainer) which makes good sense.
