While I’m not sure I understand your question, I think the answer is probably no. Fritzing itself won’t send data any where on a serial port as far as I know. The code application with a suitable back end (and I don’t think the arduino one currently works) can load a program using an external IDE but that is all.

Very interesting question… I’m just about to ask:
if Fritzing can similate the serial port from software end ???
No. The simulator is spice and there is no spice model for serial ports in any Fritzing part AFAIK.
