How do I select a resistor in PCB view? I cant grab the whole thing, only wires! Its frustrating!
You grab the silkscreen of the resistor.
Sometimes if you have a lot of overlapping parts or traces close to the part it gets hard. To make it easier you can hide some of the layers. It can also help to make only the layer you are working on selectable.
Another reason you can not grab the part may be that you have the opposite layer selectable at the time.
If it’s not locked, try the corners.
Otherwise select it in SCH, go to PCB, and in Inspector change the cords so it’s off to the side, and then grab it from there.
