How to connect hole with copper ring with other connector?
I can connect connectors with each other but not with a hole with cooper ring.

A hole is a drilled hole, a via is a hole with a copper ring, like a contact, that usually connects the top layer with the bottom on double sided boards, but can be used as a contact that can be connected with traces. Look at bottom of core parts bin, select, and change sizes in Inspector.
I use them enough that I created a part ready made to use.
