Ground fill islands

Hi,

Are pins of islands connected to ground fill? Even if there are traces both side that make the pins isolated?

Please find attached the example.
What are the connector0: cooper fill?

Click on one pin, and if both are connected they should turn yellow.

You can export it for production and check the drawings, and even use a Gerber program - I use Gerbv - to see everything.
