please i downloaded the latest version a lot of times an i faced this problem first it was missing after that i downloaded it from dll-files site and i put it in the program file like you see also i put it in C/windows/system32 like the readme file of this file said and stil have this problem like you see in the picture !!!
any one can help me to recognize the real problem ???

Did you install the whole api package. Mine has it in 6 locations.

i downloaded the same program but the setup doesn’t complete …which 6 locations you mean i put the “api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll” file ine 2 location the file of the program and in C/Windows/System32
so is this what you mean ??
